META45 Studio was born from Daniel Enaholo’s vision to create a place where people knew they could train and get the results they wanted, and not the ineffectual ‘training or fitness fluff’ that currently pervades the personal training industry.

Here at META45 Studio, we look at sports and fitness from a higher, scientific and holistic perspective. We believe that in as much as we all want to archive our fitness goals, we will all experience the challenges and results differently.



META45 Studio is a clean and safe environment designed to help you transform your total wellbeing in the most effective training method available. Our programmes are designed to cater for all fitness levels regardless of fitness goals.

At META45 Studio, we also provide personal training for one simple reason – to create, design and execute the most effective consultative health and fitness programme to clients and to help them achieve their goals! Our approach and philosophy to health and fitness training is very simply, to teach, train, coach and educate clients that being healthy and staying healthy is for life - And that realistic goals are achievable and manageable.

 

The fulfilment we get from helping someone achieve their goals, be they an elite athlete or a middle aged housewife, is what drives us constantly forward. META45 Studio's goal is to help our clients achieve their dreams through the highest level of personal training and overall fitness coaching, through a rigorous application of intelligent training process. We believe that anyone can affect positive change if they put their mind to it, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that each and every client leaves a happier, more confident, and healthier person.

Fitness areas of expertise.

 

- Fat Loss | Fitness and Endurance training

This programme is designed for those who are prepared to work hard and follow fitness advice to the letter and that life changing fat loss results can potentially be yours. The exercises sessions are pretty tough very effective but/and can be tailored to the goals of everyone – from elite athletes, through to busy business people and parents with young children. This programme is based on an 4/5 days intensive workout per week and not geared for the faint hearted. Is a plan that aims to deliver maximum results in minimum time. Our radical and proven 6 week Fat Loss Programme! Over the years, we have developed a six week fat loss / fat burning workout programme that will produce startling results for you!

- Muscle Building | Weight Training and Cardiovascular training

Muscle Building Workouts are designed to overcome all plateaus and to pack on noticeable muscle in all the right places. This session covers every single variable vital to achieving rapid muscular growth. It’s not easy, in fact if you want to make great gains it can be extremely hard work, but if you work it properly it always delivers.

- Sports Specific Training

This programme is designed and aimed to produce the most efficient athlete possible. Having been trained by some of the best coaches in the business, both as personal trainers and as athletes, I am able to bring the highest standards and most modern training principles to strength and conditioning work. Also bringing along the traditional training principles aimed to improve power, strength, speed, and muscular bulk, and also utilising of a wide variety of sports specific movements such as core stabilisation, change of direction and plyometric training.
