Meta45 Studio – Updated Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any services from META45 Studio Limited ("META45", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking classes, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT US

META45 Studio Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13714482) with its registered office at 18 Norman Road, Greenwich, London SE10 9QX.

2. DEFINITIONS (SIMPLIFIED)

Member: A person with an active membership.
Membership: A monthly recurring coaching subscription.
Class: Any group training session delivered by META45.
Billing Period: Each 3‑month membership block.
User Account: Your online booking and billing account.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

You must be 16 years or older to attend classes.
Minors (16–17) require parental consent.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate membership for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

4. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

META45 staff are not medically qualified. You confirm you are fit to exercise and accept responsibility for your own health and safety. If unsure, seek medical advice before training.

5. MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS

Membership Structure

Memberships are billed by monthly Direct Debit.
Memberships provide access based on the tier purchased (Foundation, Momentum, Performance).
Membership prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice.

Auto‑Renewal & Contract Agreement

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

Memberships are sold in recurring 3‑month commitment blocks.
You commit to an initial minimum term of three (3) months.
At the end of each 3‑month block, your membership automatically renews for a further 3‑month block.
You authorise META45 to collect the applicable monthly fees (plus any applicable tax) for each renewal period.

Cancellation

Memberships cannot be cancelled mid‑block.
To cancel, you must give at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of your current 3‑month block.
All payments due within the active block remain payable and are non‑refundable.
Cancellations can be made via your User Account or by contacting us in writing.

6. COOLING‑OFF PERIOD

Where required by law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided no classes have been attended. If classes have been attended, any used sessions will be deducted from the refund.

7. CLASS BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE

Classes must be booked via your User Account.
Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
Waitlists operate automatically.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend classes where necessary.

8. CANCELLATIONS & NO‑SHOWS

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in a forfeited session or penalty fee (for unlimited memberships).
No refunds are given for missed classes.

9. FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships may be frozen once per 12‑month period, subject to approval.
Freezes extend the membership term accordingly.

10. PRE & POST NATAL COACHING

Pre & Post Natal training operates as a separate monthly coaching plan, billed monthly, and is not interchangeable with general memberships.

11. PRICING & REFUNDS

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments are non‑refundable except where required by law.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

META45 accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

13. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

14. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
