Meta45 Studio – Updated Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any services from META45 Studio Limited ("META45", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking classes, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT US

META45 Studio Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13714482) with its registered office at 18 Norman Road, Greenwich, London SE10 9QX.

2. DEFINITIONS (SIMPLIFIED)

Member: A person with an active membership.
Membership: A monthly recurring coaching subscription.
Class: Any group training session delivered by META45.
Billing Period: The payment cycle applicable to your membership plan.
User Account: Your online booking and billing account.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

You must be 16 years or older to attend classes.
Minors (16–17) require parental consent.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate membership for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

4. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

META45 staff are not medically qualified. You confirm you are fit to exercise and accept responsibility for your own health and safety. If unsure, seek medical advice before training.

5. MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS

Membership Structure

Monthly memberships are billed monthly using the payment method agreed at purchase.

Memberships provide access based on the tier purchased (Foundation, Momentum, Performance).
Membership prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice.

Auto‑Renewal & Contract Agreement

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

For new Foundation, Momentum, Performance and Pre & Post Natal memberships purchased from 4 October 2026, the initial minimum term is three months from the membership start date. Existing memberships remain governed by their accepted terms unless a change is expressly agreed.

The monthly price and minimum total are shown before purchase. Foundation: £99 per month, £297 minimum; Momentum: £149 per month, £447 minimum; Performance: £199 per month, £597 minimum; Pre & Post Natal: £80 per month, £240 minimum.

After the initial minimum term, membership continues monthly until cancelled. There are no further three-month commitment blocks.

You authorise META45 to collect the agreed monthly membership fee while the membership and payment authority remain in effect. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You may give written cancellation notice at any time by emailing info@meta45.co.uk. At least 30 days’ notice is required.

Cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the initial three-month minimum term and the end of the 30-day notice period. We will confirm your membership end date and any final payments due.

Payments properly due under the agreed membership remain payable up to that date, subject to your statutory rights and any applicable right to end early.

Stopping a payment instruction does not by itself end the membership agreement. We will not take payments under a withdrawn payment authority; any valid outstanding balance will be handled separately. Your consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are unaffected.

6. COOLING‑OFF PERIOD

Where required by law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided no classes have been attended. If classes have been attended, any used sessions will be deducted from the refund.

7. CLASS BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE

Classes must be booked through your own User Account. Each booking is limited to one participant. Reserve only one place per account in each class; additional participants must book separately through their own accounts. You may book a different class if your membership permits it.
Classes are limited to eight participants and subject to availability. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Classes start on time; arrivals after the warm up block has finished will not be permitted to join.
Waitlists operate automatically.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend classes where necessary. From activation on the evening of 11 October for use from Monday, 12 October 2026, new online bookings, including eligible membership bookings, require you to provide or confirm valid card details before the booking is confirmed. No class payment is taken for an eligible membership booking. The card is attached to that booking for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees. This does not guarantee that a card entered once can be reused for every future booking.

8. CANCELLATIONS & NO‑SHOWS

You can cancel through the booking system until the class starts. The 12-hour point is the free-cancellation threshold, not a block on cancelling. All cancellations must be completed through the booking system. A text, WhatsApp message or message to a trainer does not cancel your booking. Cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend so the place is released for another member.
From Monday, 12 October 2026, the group-class fees are: cancellation more than 12 hours before class, no charge; cancellation between 1 and 12 hours before class, £7; cancellation less than 1 hour before class, £15; failure to attend without cancelling, £15. Applicable customer-initiated late cancellation fees are collected automatically where usable card details are attached. No-show fees require studio staff to record non-attendance and apply the fee. These terms do not add forfeiture of a session as a further penalty.
Bookings made before activation may not have usable card details attached and require separate handling; no retrospective automatic charges will be applied to those bookings. If a genuine emergency or technical problem prevents cancellation through the app, contact the studio as soon as reasonably possible. Fee waivers are considered only in exceptional circumstances. The existing 12-hour rescheduling deadline remains; cancelling late and booking another class does not waive the cancellation fee. No refunds are given for missed classes, except where required by law.

9. FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships may be frozen once per 12‑month period, subject to approval.
Freezes extend the membership term accordingly.

10. PRE & POST NATAL COACHING

Pre & Post Natal training operates as a separate monthly coaching plan, billed monthly, and is not interchangeable with general memberships.

11. PRICING & REFUNDS

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments are non‑refundable except where required by law.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

META45 accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

13. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

14. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
