Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation – Important Class Policy Your place in this class is now confirmed. STRICT ARRIVAL POLICY Classes at Meta45 start exactly on time and begin with a structured warm up that is essential for safety and injury prevention. Members arriving after the warm up has started will NOT be permitted to join the class. Late arrivals will be treated as a late cancellation and the standard cancellation policy will apply. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time so you are ready to begin. CANCELLATION POLICY Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the class start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no shows will result in the loss of your class credit or a late cancellation fee in accordance with our membership terms.
