Strength training involves exercises designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, and size by using resistance or weights. It's a versatile form of exercise that can target specific muscle groups or work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Focusing on pulling, carrying, pushing and lifting which are the quickest way to build functional muscle and get you stronger and sculpt.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class without being subjected to losing your class credit or any penalty fees. Non-unlimited members which includes PAYG, Classpass and class pack users who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time or do not attend a booked class will forfeit their class credit. Unlimited members who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time will be charged a penalty fee of £7.50, or £15 if you do not show up and have not cancelled the class.
