It's a versatile form of exercise that can target specific muscle groups or work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Focusing on pulling, carrying, pushing and lifting which are the quickest way to build functional muscle and get you stronger and sculpt.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE – STRICT ARRIVAL POLICY Classes start on time. Members arriving after the warm up block has finished will not be permitted to join the class. Please arrive 5 minutes early. CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit or a late fee.
