Peripheral Heart Action training moves blood between your upper and lower body throughout the session, so your heart rate stays high without pounding your joints. Strength work with a serious conditioning effect. Best for building work capacity without running. Never more than 8 people in the room, so your coach can actually see you.

Cancellation Policy
GROUP CLASS POLICY — EFFECTIVE 22 OCTOBER 2026 ARRIVAL AND BOOKING Book through your own Meta45 account; one participant per booking. Classes have a maximum of eight people. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Arrivals after the warm up block has finished cannot join. Book up to 14 days ahead or as late as 10 minutes before a class that is running and has space. 7AM CLASSES At least two people must be booked by 7pm the evening before. If fewer than two are booked, the studio may cancel the class and remove it from the timetable. Once that minimum is met, the class will run even if a later cancellation leaves one person booked. If everyone cancels, the class may be cancelled. Exceptional circumstances, including instructor illness or a studio emergency, may still require cancellation. Booking for a 7am class remains open until 6:50am if the class is running and has space. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Cancel through the booking system. A text, WhatsApp or message to a coach does not cancel your booking. You can cancel until class starts. At least 6 hours before class, including exactly 6 hours: free cancellation or rescheduling. Less than 6 hours but at least 1 hour before class, including exactly 1 hour: £7. Less than 1 hour before class: £15. Failure to attend without cancelling: £15. Only one late cancellation or no-show fee applies per booking. No class credit is forfeited as an additional penalty. For a 7am class, free cancellation ends at 1am. Online rescheduling closes 6 hours before class. After that, cancel and rebook separately; the original late cancellation fee still applies. FEE COLLECTION Fees are reviewed separately from booking checkout. You will be told the class, reason and amount. A saved card is charged only with your authorisation for these fees; otherwise a separate payment link is provided. Fees are not collected automatically by the booking system. Fees are requested by email and payable within seven days. Unpaid fees must be cleared before further bookings. EXCEPTIONS AND STUDIO CANCELLATIONS Contact the studio promptly if a genuine emergency or technical problem prevents cancellation. Exceptional fee waivers are considered individually. If Meta45 cancels, booked members are notified promptly, no member cancellation or no-show fee applies, and the class credit or membership session allowance is restored.
