META45 Studio helps people maximise power, endurance and control across the full range of natural movement.

That doesn't mean maximise like, super elite, be the best at everything.

META45 Studio delivers comprehensive 45-minute body-changing workouts that are guaranteed to rev up metabolisms, melt body fat and make members fitter, stronger and faster than ever before. The META45 Studio workouts are designed to offer amazing fitness and weight-loss results. Burn up to 1,000 calories in a 45-minute session. Members are kept engaged throughout each session by our Personal Trainers and our heart rate technology system.

META45 Studio is about maximising your time, delivering results and having fun all at the same time. You'll need to come see this for yourself. Our services include:

  • Strength training - Functional movement, Free weights sessions

  • Body weight fitness - TRX, Support bands

  • Stretch and Conditioning

  • Boxing-Circuit Session

  • Food - Nutrition coaching and supplement advice

  • Peripheral Heart Action Training (PHA) sessions that will help you burn more oxygen and more fat!

Daniel and the team are brilliant and make training fun whilst pushing you to be your best. My overall fitness, strength and technique has improved so much since joining and I love the variety of training on offer. I always look forward to the classes because of the lovely team and members.


I have been a member of the gym since October 2020 and it has help me improve my fitness. It’s different from a traditional gym as the instructors are constantly working with you and pushing you to get the best out of you. The classes are challenging and they are a good mix of cardio, strength and conditioning.


Meta45 is just what I need. Focused 45 min sessions. Results started showing quickly in terms of body fat and muscles. The program is really smart. I never felt overwhelmed yet pushed to my limits. Ow! Amazing staff too!
